Procter Property Ltd. is based in Skipton and owned outright by Gary Procter who, as a hands on Director, has over 33 years of experience in all aspects of construction including; new house building, conversions, extensions, maintenance and landscaping.

In August 2015 Gary’s son, Samuel Procter, joined the company to keep the long family tradition going.
