Dowling Construction was formed in 1998 and its owner Paul Dowling has been in Construction for more than twenty years.

Dowling Construction are members of the Federation of Master Builders, Masterbond and the Safegaurd professional associations.

Dowling Construction are fully insured and their work complies with current Health and Safety policies and directives.
